From £450 + VAT

Our Tenant Find service includes professional marketing, accompanied viewings, tenant referencing, and the preparation of tenancy documentation to help secure reliable tenants quickly and efficiently.

Fully Managed Service
From £45 + VAT per month
(Dependent on property location)

Our Fully Managed service offers complete peace of mind, covering rent collection, maintenance coordination, compliance management, and ongoing support for both landlords and tenants.

Higher Rental Value Properties
For properties achieving a monthly rent above £900, the following fees apply:

• Tenant Find: 50% + VAT of the first month’s rent (instead of £450 + VAT)

• Fully Managed Service: 5% + VAT of the monthly rent
